Windshield device and cabinet

A windshield device and a cabinet are disclosed. The windshield device includes a windshield panel, a fixing mechanism and a regulating mechanism. The windshield panel comprises a base plate, which is provided with a mounting hole and a sliding groove, and the mounting hole and the sliding groove extend along a first direction. The regulating mechanism is partially arranged in the sliding groove and can slide along an extension direction of the sliding groove, which can confine a displacement of the windshield panel and the cabinet in a second direction. The fixing mechanism is at least partially arranged in the mounting hole and can slide along an extending direction of the mounting hole to fix a position of the windshield panel and the cabinet by a third direction. The relative sliding of the regulating mechanism in the sliding groove can adjust the installation height of the windshield panel and the cabinet, and the side wall of the windshield panel confines the displacement of the regulating mechanism in
