At least one of the first transistors is turned on and the second transistors are turned off, so that the charging circuit charges the target component to a predetermined voltage. After that, at least one of the first transistors and at least one of the second transistors are turned on at the same time for a predetermined time. Then, at least one of the second transistors is turned on and the first transistors are turned off. |
