Photocurable silicone resin composition and cured product thereof

The present invention provides a photocurable silicone resin composition, a cured film, and a laminate thereof, where the photocurable silicone resin composition has excellent adhesion to cyclic olefin resin films and molded articles and is capable of imparting excellent pencil hardness.
