Complex cutting tool and manufacturing method of resin sheets using the same capable of cutting workpiece having thick thickness without defective conditions

The present invention provides a complex cutting tool which can cut without defective conditions even for workpiece having thick thickness, and a method using the same which can highly efficiently and simply manufacture resin sheets. One embodiment of complex cutting tool according to the present invention includes: a main body which rotates about a rotating axis; a cutting edge which is disposed on the outer periphery of the main body and includes a tip, a rake face, and a flank face; and, a grinding portion, which is a portion of the protrusion having rasp surface disposed on the flank face of the cutting edge. One embodiment of the manufacturing method of resin sheets according to the present invention includes the following steps: stacking a plurality of resin sheets to form a workpiece; and utilizing the aforementioned complex cutting tool to cut the outer peripheral surface of the workpiece.
