The invention relates to a nose pad adjustment structure. Primarily, a concave portion is formed in the middle of a nose pad holder, and corresponding connection portions are formed on both sides of the concave portion. Upper and lower locking slots are provided in both connection portions. Upper and lower insertion protrusions are provided on a nose pad corresponding to the upper and lower locking slots respectively and can be moved in the upper and lower locking slots laterally. Furthermore, a plurality of upper and lower locking recess are concavely arranged on the upper and lower insertion protrusions respectively to be engaged and combined with the upper and lower locking slots respectively. Thereby, the position of the nose pad can be moved and adjusted on the connection portions on both sides of the nose pad holder according to the different heights and widths of a user's nose bridge, so that the nose pad can be reliably placed on both sides of the user's nose bridge.
