Zusammenfassung:	A cylindrical heating unit 14 of an exhaust gas processing device 1 is installed in a reactor 10. The cylindrical heating unit 14 has an exhaust gas introduction port 15 at an insertion base and a heated exhaust gas outlet 16 at an insertion end. The cylindrical heating unit 14 is formed from a hollow cylinder 20, insulators 30, an electric heater H, and a holding member 40. The hollow cylinder 20 has a two-layered structure that is formed from an inner cylinder 21 and an outer cylinder 22 that are metal. The insulators 30 are provided at intervals in a heater installation space P that is between the inner cylinder 21 and the outer cylinder 22 and surround the inner cylinder 21. The electric heater H is mounted on the insulators 30. The holding member 40 is attached to one or both of the inner cylinder 21 and the outer cylinder 22 and holds the insulators 30 in the heater installation space P.
