Since it comprises a soft segment comprising 0.5% by weight or more of at least one repeat unit selected from the group consisting of a polyester-based polyol repeat unit, a polylactone-based polyol repeat unit, and a polycarbonate-based polyol repeat unit, it can have excellent biodegradability, along with enhanced flexibility, transparency, tear strength, and processability.
