The base plate (31) is sandwiched between the rotary member (10) and the fins (22). The projection (32) is located inward from the fins (22) along the radial direction of the disc body (21). The projection (32) protrudes from the base plate (31) toward the disc body (21). The projection (32) extends in the circumferential direction of the disc body (21).
