The polyurethan-urea resin solution comprises: a polyurethane-urea resin having a constituent unit derived from a polyol component (A), a constituent unit derived from a diisocyanate component (B) and a constituent unit derived from a polyamine component (C) and also having an active amino group at a terminal thereof; and a compound (E) having an epoxy group.
