Hydroxyapatite manufactured by fish scales, manufacturing method and use thereof

The invention relates to a hydroxyapatite manufactured by fish scales, a manufacturing method and a use thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: washing a fish scale material by a first alkaline solution to remove a grease membrane thereof and obtain a de-oiled fish scale material; adding an acid solution into the de-oiled fish scale material to elute calcium of the de-oiled fish scale material and obtain a decalcification solution; adding a second alkaline solution into the decalcification solution to obtain a mixing solution and continuously stirring the mixing solution, wherein the mixing solution has a pH value ranges from pH5 to pH10; standing the mixing solution for fraction; and collecting and filtering a bottom layer of the mixing solution to obtain a filtrate, and drying the filtrate to obtain the hydroxyapatite. The hydroxyapatite manufactured by fish scales can remineralize teeth.
