At least one wiring duct (4) is attached to the first fixing part (1). The at least one second fixing part (2) fixes the first fixing part (1) to a top plate (31). The first fixing part (1) has a partition attachment section and a cover attachment section. A partition (50) can be attached to and detached from the partition attachment section. A cover which covers the partition attachment section can be attached to and detached from the cover attachment section.
