The display device includes a first area in which first sub-pixels are disposed at a first density, and a second area in which second sub-pixels are disposed at a second density less than the first density, wherein the second area includes a plurality of sub-pixel areas in which elements configured to drive the second sub-pixels are disposed, and an opening area in which the elements configured to drive the second sub-pixels are not disposed, and each of the plurality of sub-pixel areas is spaced apart from another sub-pixel area, which is adjacent thereto in a first direction, at a predetermined interval to the extent that allows light to be transmitted therethrough.
