Zusammenfassung:	An object of the invention is to provide a coloring composition having excellent storage stability, suppression of foreign matter on a coating film, excellent filterability, and excellent re-dissolving with respect to PGMAc. The coloring composition comprises: a colorant including a pigment, a polyester dispersant, and a solvent, wherein the polyester dispersant in the coloring composition has a main chain based on an aromatic carboxylic acid ester moiety having an ester bond, and the side chain based on the vinyl polymer moiety. The aromatic carboxylic acid ester moiety having an ester bond is a reaction generation moiety of an aromatic compound having more than two organic acid anhydride groups, and a compound having more than two hydroxyl groups, the organic acid anhydride is 0.9 to 1.5 moles relative to 1 mole of the hydroxyl group, and the main chain based on the aromatic carboxylic acid ester moiety has a sealing moiety derived from a monoalcohol.
