Roller printing device with ultrasonic module

A roller printing device with ultrasonic module having an embossing roller, one or more nozzle groups and one or more ultrasonic modules is provided. The embossing roller defines an axis line and could rotate around the axis line. A plurality of holes are arranged on an outer surface of the embossing roller. The nozzle group is arranged on the embossing roller and includes a plurality of inkjet heads arranged along the axis line. The ultrasonic module is arranged inside the embossing roller and includes a plurality of ultrasonic emitter arranged up and down oppositely with the inkjet heads. The roller printing device is thereby capable of increasing printing quality through different intensities of ultrasonic waves emitted by the ultrasonic emitters to control a drop point of ink.
