Zusammenfassung:	A sheet feeding device (EA) is provided with: a drawing-out device (10) that draws out a coil (RS) in which a plurality of adhesive sheet base materials (AB) are connected via a connection tape (CT) and temporarily adhered to a release sheet (RL); a cutting device (20) that forms a closed-loop-shaped cut (CU) on the adhesive sheet base material (AB) in the coil (RS) drawn out by the drawing device (10), and that forms an adhesive sheet (AS) on the inside of the cut (CU); a peeling device (30) that peels the adhesive sheet (AS) from the peeling sheet (RL) and supplies the adhesive sheet (AS); a detection device (40) that detects a connection tape (CT) that connects the coiled material (RS); on the basis of the detection result of the detection device (40), the cutting device (20) forms the cutout (CU) such that the connection tape (CT) is not positioned inside the cutout (CU).
