A planting machine for white water snowflake includes a feeding hopper, a material flipping mechanism and a cutting mechanism. The feeding hopper has a material inlet, a material outlet and an accommodating space, and the accommodating space is communicated with the material inlet and the material outlet. The accommodating space is configured to accommodate plural white water snowflakes. The material flipping mechanism is disposed adjacent to the material outlet. The material flipping mechanism includes at least one screw rod and a motor configured to rotate the screw rod. The screw rod extends below the material outlet and is configured to flip the white water snowflakes. The cutting mechanism is disposed under the screw rod, and the cutting mechanism is configured to cut the white water snowflakes which are processed by the material flipping mechanism so as to from plural plantlet groups of white water snowflakes.
