Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to provide, for the mass production of cellular aggregates: a cell culture base film capable of producing a uniform and high-quality cellular aggregate without using a serum derived from a living body; a base film-forming agent for forming the base film; and a substrate for cellular aggregate production. The inventors of the present invention provide a cell culture base film-forming agent comprising: a polymer containing a repeating unit derived from a monomer represented by formula (I) (where Ua1, Ua2, Ra1, and Ra2 are as described in the description and the claims of the present application); a cellular adhesive material; and a solvent.
