Zusammenfassung:A smart muscle strength training system includes a deceleration device; a drive unit connected to the deceleration device, wherein the drive unit is used to drive the deceleration device to perform a plurality of adjustment behaviors; a receiving unit for receiving an operation mode signal; and a processing unit electrically connected to the drive unit, the receiving unit and a plurality of sensing units, wherein the processing unit receives a plurality of sensing signals from the plurality of sensing units, the processing unit utilizes the operation mode signal and the plurality of sensing signals to perform a plurality of signal judgments so as to obtain a behavior mode, and the processing unit controls, according to the behavior mode, the drive unit for driving the deceleration device to perform the plurality of adjustment behaviors.
