Zusammenfassung:According to various example embodiments, an information providing method may include identifying a first message to be provided to a customer in relation to a service, identifying a priority of the first message and a category of the first message, if the priority satisfies a certain condition, providing the first message in both a first section of a message center page of an application associated with the service and a second section of the message center page, and if the priority does not satisfy the certain condition, providing the first message in the second section while omitting the provision of the first message in the first section.
