Zusammenfassung:A method for analyzing a gait includes a prompting module, a sensing module and an operating module. Steps for analyzing the gait include: (a) displaying a first foot target by the prompting module according to a position of a second foot of a user, wherein a distance from the second foot to the first foot target serves as a first distance; (b) instructing the user to move the first foot to the first foot target according to the first foot target; (c) displaying a second foot target by the prompting module according to the first foot of the user, wherein a distance from the first foot to the second foot target serves as a second distance, and the first distance is different from the second distance; (d) instructing the user to move the second foot to the second foot target according to the second foot target; and (e) recording physical parameters of the user from the step (a) to the step (d) by the sensing module, and calculating movement characteristics by the operating module.
