Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a novel microalgae strain having an effect of promoting plant growth and uses thereof, and the novel Chlorella vulgaris CD02-3002 strain according to one aspect has a fast growth rate and high photosynthetic efficiency when cultured in the presence of fermentation exhaust gas, so exhaust gas due to microbial fermentation can be efficiently reduced, and when the culture or culture supernatant of the strain is treated on plants, there is an effect of promoting plant growth, and therefore, it can be used as a fertilizer for plants, and thus, it can be usefully used as a new carbon reduction technology that is environmentally friendly and has high industrial use.
