Zusammenfassung: | An evaluating method of microvascular invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma and an evaluating system thereof are provided. The evaluating method of microvascular invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma includes steps as follows. A computed tomography image of a subject is provided, a region of interest labeling step is performed, an edge cutting step is performed, a predicting step is performed, and a determining and classifying step is performed. The computed tomography image includes a tumor area. The region of interest labeling step is to label a region of interest on the computed tomography image. The edge cutting step is to cut off the edge of the region of interest so as to obtain a cut region of interest. Each of a side length of the cut region of interest is 0.5 times to 1 times of each of a side length of the region of interest. Therefore, the goal of rapidly predicting and precisely determining of microvascular invasion according to computed tomography images from different sources can be achieved. |
