Condition-triggered feedback system and method thereof

A condition-triggered feedback system and method includes: a first device sensing an user's behavior and transmits an user's behavior data; when the first cloud server determining that the behavior data includes a first trigger condition, the first cloud server transmitting a voice inquiry message to a second device to ask the user; the second device receiving an user's voice reply message and sends the voice reply message; when the first cloud server converts the voice reply message into a text reply message and determines that the text reply message includes a second trigger condition, the first cloud server transmitting heterogeneous data, where the heterogeneous data includes the behavior data and the text reply message; when a second cloud server deconstructs the heterogeneous data and determines a corresponding processing information corresponding to the behavior data and the text reply message, the second cloud server sending the corresponding processing information to an information displaying device.
