Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides a display device defining a display area and a non-display area. The display device includes a thin film transistor array substrate, a circuit board, and a dimming layer. The thin film transistor array substrate includes a glass substrate, a driving circuit, and at least one conductive portion. The glass substrate includes a first surface and a second surface, wherein at least one through hole is in the non-display area. The driving circuit is on the first surface and the second surface. Each of the at least one conductive portion is in one of the at least one through hole and extends to the first surface and the second surface to connect the driving circuit. The circuit board is in the non-display area and connects the driving circuit on the first surface. The dimming layer is on the second surface and in the display area to connect the driving circuit on the second surface. The present disclosure also provides a thin film transistor array substrate.
