Zusammenfassung: | A magnet and a method of fabricating the same are described. The method of fabricating the magnet includes steps of: providing an alloy flake; performing a hydrogen crushing step on the alloy flake to obtain a first alloy powder, wherein the hydrogen crushing step includes a hydrogen absorption step and does not implement a heating dehydrogenation step; adding a lubricant to the first alloy powder to form a mixture, wherein, based on a total weight of the alloy flake as 100wt%, the lubricant is between 0.1 to 1wt%; performing a fine crushing step on the mixture to form a second alloy powder, wherein an average particle size of the second alloy powder is greater than zero and less than or equal to 2 microns; and performing a post-treatment process on the mixture to form the magnet. |
