Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a color material dispersion liquid comprising a color material, a dispersant, a nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more, an acidic group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less, and a solvent, wherein each of the nitrogen-containing basic compound having a pKa of 11.5 or more and the acidic group-containing compound having a pKa of 4.0 or less is contained in an amount of from 0.1 parts by mass to 30.0 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the color material; the dispersant contains a polymer having a constitutional unit represented by the following general formula (I) and having an amine value of less than 10 mgKOH / g before salt formation: (wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; A is a direct bond or a divalent linking group; and Q is an acidic group.).
