Disclosed is a management system of isolated patients run by visualized smart system, which relates to patients under investigation with specific targets such as infectious diseases and/or antimicrobial-resistant bacteria that require a testing result for possible and necessary infection caution control. The disclosed uses a determination module to determine whether the testing result of a patient is positive for a specific target or not, and the result of the testing target is visualized along with the patient, the ward and the hospital bed on a display by using visual content such as diagrams, colors and/or characters based on the result of determination, thereby enabling the health care workers to quickly browse the status of each responsible patient, so as to apply individually corresponding infection protective measures for each patient.
