Zusammenfassung:	A light-emitting smart card includes a plate body, at least one light-emitting element, at least one power transmission element and a light guide element. The plate body has a first surface, a second surface and a side surface. The first surface is opposite to the second surface, and the side surface is located between the first surface and the second surface and is connected to the first surface and the second surface respectively. The at least one light-emitting element is disposed in the plate body. The at least one power transmission element is disposed in the plate body and is electrically connected with the at least one light-emitting element. The at least one power transmission element is used for supplying power to the at least one light-emitting element to emit light.
