Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a monitoring system and method of intelligent water meter, the monitoring system of intelligent water meter comprises: a first intelligent water meter, a plurality of second intelligent water meters, and a monitoring device. In the present invention, a processing module of the monitoring device comprises a computing unit and a determination unit. Particularly, the computing unit computes a first difference between a first amount data of water at an initial time and the first amount data of water at an endpoint time, and the computing unit computes a second difference between each of the second amount data of water at the initial time and each of the second amount data of water at the endpoint time; the determination unit determines conditions of water-stealing and water-leak condition based on the first difference and the second difference.
