Zusammenfassung:	A rotation apparatus and camera using the same comprises at least two transmission modules, a driving motor, a driving gear and a gear positioning module. The transmission modules are connected to a same target and each of the transmission modules drives the target to perform rotation along a corresponding axis. The driving gear is driven to rotate by the driving motor, and the driving gear is moved to different positions by the gear positioning module using at least one solenoid and a corresponding force-applying object such that the driving gear, while being at different positions, meshes with different one of the transmission modules to drive the meshed one of the transmission modules such that the meshed transmission module rotates the target in a direction different from another direction in which another one of the transmission modules rotates the target.
