The present invention provides a film manufacturing apparatus capable of suppressing the generation of thickness unevenness of a resin film by suppressing the generation of an overall air flow in a molding unit. An apparatus (1) for manufacturing a resin film is provided with a molding unit (20) for molding a resin into a film shape, and the molding unit (20) comprises: a mold (30) having a discharge port (31) for extruding a molten resin (101) into a film shape; a casting roller (42) which is disposed below the mold (30) and cools and solidifies the molten resin (101) discharged from the discharge port (31); cooling rollers (43, 44) and a stripping roller (45) which are arranged on the downstream side of the casting roller (42) and are in contact with the resin film (102) cooled by the casting roller (42); a cover (50) and a windproof plate (60) that are disposed on the upstream side of the casting roller (42); and a windproof plate (70) disposed below the peeling roller (45).
