Security state sensing method and system

A security state sensing method for a security state sensing system. The security state sensing system includes a host, a plurality of first-type sensing devices, and a second-type sensing device that are electrically connected to each other. The security state sensing method includes a processor of the host obtaining first sensing information from each of the first-type sensing devices; the processor comparing whether the first sensed information is greater than a first threshold; when judging that the first sensed information is greater than the first threshold, transmits a first alarm message; the second-type sensing device sending out a detection message, and the first-type sensing device receiving the detection message, and the processor obtaining a second sensing information from a second-type sensing device. Wherein, the first sensing information includes a first identification code of the first-type sensing device, a first time, and a first temperature, and the second sensing information includes a se
