Zusammenfassung:	An electronic device is adapted to be disposed at a rod. The electronic device includes a body, a sliding element, a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate. The body has a display side and a back side opposite to the display side. The back side is provided with a track. The track has a first end and a second end. The sliding element is slidably connected to the track. The first supporting plate has a first hole. The second supporting plate has a second hole corresponding to the first hole. The first supporting plate is pivoted to the sliding element and the second supporting plate. The second supporting plate is pivoted to the first supporting plate and the back side. When the sliding element is moved from the first end toward the second end, and an angle between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate is in a predetermined range, the first hole is aligned with the second hole, and the first hole and the second hole are is adapted to allow the rod to be inserted.
