A regional dissemination system, including a management terminal device and a cloud server. The management terminal device is used to log in to the management account and generate information. The cloud server includes an authority unit, a group unit, a user database, and a publishing unit. Among them, the authority unit stores a plurality of management accounts and the publishing authority corresponding to each management account. The group unit stores a plurality of regional groups, and selects one of these regional groups as a publishing group according to the publishing authority corresponding to the management account. The user database stores multiple user data. Each user data corresponds to a plurality of regional groups, and each regional group contains multiple different user data. The publishing unit sends information to a plurality of mobile devices specified by user data in the publishing group.
