Zusammenfassung:	An electronic component is provided to solve the problem that the conventional electronic component increases the reverse bias current while increasing the breakdown voltage. It comprises: a semiconductor component with an anode and a cathode, at least one rectifying junction is located between the anode and the cathode; a passivation layer covering the outer edge of the at least one rectifying junction; and an insulating layer stacked on the passivation layer, the oxygen areal density of the insulating layer is higher than the oxygen areal density of the passivation layer.
