Zusammenfassung: | A dynamic pressure bearing structure with double cutting edges includes a bearing body, and at least one oil guiding groove set. A shaft hole is formed in the bearing body and penetrates through both ends of the bearing body. The oil guiding groove set is disposed on an inner surface of the shaft hole. An outer surface of the bearing body is provided with two cutting edge parts to form an air escape structure for discharging hot air. The outer diameter of the bearing body, the inner diameter of the shaft hole, and the height of the bearing body can be configured in an optimized size with a plurality of thicknesses which are not less than 0.01 mm. The dynamic pressure bearing structure can be made by metal cutting technology or powder metallurgy technology. Since the escape air space is increased, the hot air can be discharged easily. |
