Zusammenfassung:	The invention improves the security of account payments.The invention includes permission means (102) of an account payment system (S) to install an account APP for using a predetermined account and a settlement APP for electronic settlements on a user terminal. The permission means is also configured to permit to use the settlement APP to make payments and deduct the payment amount from the predetermined account. The invention further includes an execution means (103) to execute payments from the predetermined account if the predetermined account is permitted for payments.
