Zusammenfassung:	A door open-close device 2 includes an upper rail 40 that guides the upper end side of a sliding door panel 30 in the door width direction, a drive mechanism 50 that slides the sliding door panel in the door width direction, a receiving portion 34 that is connected to a control portion 55 that controls the drive mechanism, an operating portion 16 that accepts an operation for sliding the sliding door panel, and a transmission portion 19 that is positioned on one direction side in the door thickness direction and wirelessly sends operation signal of the operating portion to the receiving portion. The upper rail is provided with a holding portion 45 that is selectively attached with the receiving portion on both sides of the upper rail in the door thickness direction, the holding portion 45 holding the receiving portion.
