Hydrogenated block copolymer, method for producing same, crumb of same, and gel composition containing hydrogenated block copolymer

The present invention pertains to: a hydrogenated block copolymer that is a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer comprising a polymeric block (A) containing, with respect to the total mass of the polymeric block (A), 90 mass% or more of a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound, and a polymeric block (B) containing, with respect to the total mass of the polymeric block (B), 90 mass% or more of a structural unit derived from a conjugated diene compound, and that satisfies all conditions of (1)-(3); a method for producing said hydrogenated block copolymer and a crumb of the hydrogenated block copolymer; and a gel composition. (1) The peak-top molecular weight of the block copolymer is 50,000-300,000. (2) The contained amount of the polymeric block (A) in the hydrogenated block copolymer is 20.0-50.0 mass%. (3) The gel composition contains paraffin oil as a base oil and the hydrogenated block copolymer at a proportion of 9:1, and satisfies a specific condition.
