The handle mechanism includes a handle piece and a buckle bump. The handle piece is able to be pivotally arranged on the panel body, and the buckle bump is able to be slidably arranged on the handle piece to drive the panel body to slide into the shell relatively. The buckle surface has a side edge far away a rotation axis of the handle piece. When the handle is rotated from an opening position to an engaging position, the distance from the side edge of the buckle surface to the rotation axis of the handle piece decreases.
