A system and an apparatus of security surveillance based on radio sensing are provided. The method includes: generating channel state information (CSI) by transmitting and receiving a radio signal; generating a detection result set according to the CSI; obtaining a plurality of detection results corresponding to a window function from the detection result set; generating a detection threshold according to the number of the plurality of detection results; in response to the number of at least one detection result in the plurality of detection results indicating that the space being invaded is greater than the detection threshold, determining the space is being invaded; and outputting an alarm in response to the space being invaded.
