The device includes: a casing; an input device disposed near the casing and used for receiving a user instruction input; a data storage unit disposed in the casing and used for storing at least a record of digital data and a digital key; and a controlling unit disposed in the casing and in communication with the host, the input device and the data storage unit and used for performing a digital key service relating to the digital key stored in the data storage unit or outputting the record of digital data stored in the data storage unit after completing an authentication procedure successfully.
