Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a blood separation device and has a barrel, a cover and a pushing assembly. The barrel has an upper opening, a lower opening and a cavity. The upper and lower openings are respectively covered by the cover and the pushing assembly. The pushing assembly is moveably mounted in the barrel and has a piston fitted tightly in the barrel and a pusher connected to the piston. After the blood separation device with blood is processed by a centrifugation device, a platelet layer is occurred in the barrel. The user directly uses the pusher to push the piston and the platelet layer is extracted therefrom. The blood separation device of the present invention is a very stable and convenient to use.
