Zusammenfassung: | This invention provides a light emitting component which is structurally formed with a substrate, a lower cladding layer, a lower confinement layer, an active layer, an upper confinement layer, an upper cladding layer, a tunnel junction layer, a window layer and an upper electrode from bottom to top in sequence. According to this invention, the window layer and the upper electrode are converted from a p type of a traditional LED to an n type in this invention by virtue of the tunneling junction layer. Since the resistance of the n-type window layer is much smaller than the resistance of the p-type window layer, the window layer of the light emitting component provided in this invention has low resistance and a better current spreading effect, and then, the light emitting efficiency is increased.
