Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a polyester-based film, which comprises a polyester resin, in which a diol comprising 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid are polymerized, and a filler, and which has a 10-point mean roughness (Rz) of 0.5 [mu]m to 5 [mu]m and a surface dynamic friction coefficient (Fd) of 0.5 or less, and a process for preparing the same. The polyester-based film comprises a filler, thereby controlling the surface roughness and surface friction coefficient of the polyester-based film. As a result, it is possible to enhance not only the optical properties and mechanical properties, but also the processability such as winding and sliding performance of the film.
