Zusammenfassung:	A quick-release-clutch type power generating device comprises: a mounting base, a clutch assembly and an electric power assembly. The mounting base is mounted between a bicycle fork tube and a bicycle wheel. A coupling base of the clutch assembly is connected to the mounting base in a manner that the coupling base is shiftable between a coupling position and an escaping position with relative to the mounting base. A switching member of the clutch assembly is disposed to the mounting base and connected to the coupling base. A transmission member of the electric power assembly is rotatably mounted on the coupling base in a manner that the transmission member faces toward the bicycle wheel. When the coupling base shifts to be positioned at the coupling position, the transmission member shifts along with the coupling base to be correspondingly coupled with wheel spokes of the bicycle wheel.
