Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a composition for anisotropic optical films capable of producing an anisotropic optical film that has good diffusivity and expands the angle of vision when used on a display device. The composition for anisotropic optical films of the present invention includes: component (A): a (meth) acrylic acid ester having a refractive index nA of 1.50 to 1.65 and having one or more aromatic rings and (meth) acryloyl groups; component (C): a polymerization initiator; and component (D): a polymerization inhibitor having a structure to which a carbonyl group or a hydroxyl group is added to serve as a substituent of a conjugated cyclic compound. With respect to 100 parts by weight of the non-volatile component of the composition, component (C) is contained in an amount of 0.1 part by weight to 20 parts by weight; with respect to 100 parts by weight of the non-volatile component of the composition, component (D) is contained in an amount of 0.001 part by weight to 1 part by weight.
