| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a production method of ceramic substrate, including the steps of: processing the first ball milling of powdery light magnesium carbonate and stannic oxide; drying and calcining the mixed powder which is processed with the first ball milling; processing the second ball milling and drying the calcined mixed powder to form a green compact; sintering the green compact to form the ceramic substrate. Thereby, the ceramic substrate formed by the present invention can be applied to a variety of electronic products and the antenna temperature sensors network of a smart distribution board. It van also prevent the interference of its adjoining sensor; and further, its frequencies can be set at 28.5 GHz respectively. It also possesses efficacies of high temperature resistant and can be applied to a variety of environment. |
