Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition which can improve, suppress reduction of, or maintain mitochondrial function, which is effective in improving, suppressing reduction of, or maintaining energy production and is effective against fatigue, and which is highly safe and can be continuously ingested. The present invention relates to an antifatigue composition containing one or more types of sesamin, and lutein and/or a fatty acid ester thereof.
