The expansion/degeneration circuit (13) doubles the period of an input signal on the basis of a control signal and outputs a preprocessed signal or degenerates the input signal to 1/2 and outputs a preprocessed signal, the unevenness elimination circuit (14) corrects the preprocessed signal from the expansion/degeneration circuit (13) and outputs a corrected signal, the separation/restoration circuit (15) halves the period of the corrected signal on the basis of the control signal and outputs a differential signal or halves the period of the corrected signal and outputs one and the same differential signal over two periods, the delay adju
